The GO-180 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GO-180.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform (resumes, profiles, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant GO-180 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
Content generated by our AI tools (resume suggestions, job match recommendations, relocation reports) is provided for your personal use. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and customized before use. You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers or other parties.
GO-180 offers subscription-based access at $5/month or $60/year. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of a charge for assistance.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to your account settings and selecting "Delete Account." Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the platform, or is otherwise objectionable. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
